The Crap is Cleaning the Latrine?

WTF!? In an act of unbelievable audacity Senator Christorpher Dodd convened a hearing today on the current economic problems. This is incredible. The crap is cleaning the latrine. What the hell could possibly be more cliche Washington than this disgusting development? A senator who, being directly culpable in the near destruction of the national economy for his own personal and political gain, should be resigning his senate seat in shame and prosecuted for his criminal and treacherous behavior.

I usually admire audacity. I think it’s an admirable quality in a lot of ways, but this isn’t admirable. This is one of the most definitively despicable things I’ve ever seen. I wonder if he’ll release any of his own hidden documents for the hearing? Not likely. Still, I’m sure he’ll be wondering what happened to “one of the great success stories of all time.” One thing that does bother me about this is why more blogs aren’t covering it. I found some good stuff at RedState, but that’s the only one of the many blogs I look at every day to have anything about it. Unbelievable.
